SmartWorkplace replaces fragmented, institution-by-institution IT with one standard: a single government identity, official mail, collaboration tools and managed devices.
Each rollout begins with a requirement sheet covering network readiness, device inventory and the institution's records-management obligations.
Officers are trained as part of onboarding, and support is routed through NITA's service desk.
